Still Photography

Still photography, both in the studio and field, is the bread and butter of the Photo Lab. Researchers need photographic documentation of techniques and results for publication and presentation. These are some examples of work done in the Photo Lab today. For a look at some of the work done in the Photo Lab in years past, check out the Cornell Plant Pathology Herbarium Photograph Collection. This database contains several thousand images of agricultural research taken since the 1880s.
