Andrena crataegi is a bee native to New York that is seen here pollinating an apple blossom in the Cornell Orchards. These and other pollinator bees move very quickly, flitting from blossom to blossom. An 85mm Micro Nikkor lens and SB900 speedlight were used to capture this bee in action at f/25, 1/250 sec.
