Zhouying is a graduate student at the Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University in Yangling, China. In the Pawlowska lab, Zhouying is working on the role of the mycoplasma-related endosymbionts of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in mycorrhizae in crop production.
