Dr. Sun was a Visiting Fellow from the Key Laboratory of Systematic Mycology & Lichenology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing, China, working in the Pawlowska Lab from 2014 to 2015. He studied bacterial endosymbionts of fungi.
