Protocol: Pea Broth (For mycelial growth and DNA extraction)

1. Autoclave (15min.) 120g frozen peas in approx. 1 liter distilled water.
2. Strain peas from pea broth using 4 layers of cheese cloth squeezing gently to remove all excess liquid from peas.
3. Bring volume of broth up to 1 liter, autoclave for 20 min.
